Subscription service in which we build your menu and organize your groceries for you to prepare delicious homemade dishes in less than 20 minutes..
How does it work?
01. Appointment of 30 minutos in which we’ll get to know each other to identify your needs and set SMART goals for the period of subscription.
02. We build a menu for you -weekly or biweekly- according to your needs, health requirements, tastes and goals.
03. You will get an email with all the material, recipes that support the designed menu with its shopping list. -For our visit you must have everything we need at home for your meal prep-
04. Visits will be made according to the chosen subscription (weekly-biweekly) the same day of the week. Your meal prep will be done for you so that you can enjoy delicious dishes prepared at home, with quality ingredients and without much effort
